Skipper - Giannis Konstantinidis
A passionate sailor since the age of five, Giannis began his journey in small Optimist boats. By 12, he had joined Greece’s national sailing team in the Laser category, competing in numerous national and international championships. In 2005, he earned his Open Sea Sailing License in Athens and has since sailed extensively around Greece. Alongside his sailing expertise, Giannis also offers exceptional chef services on his yacht charters, ensuring a memorable experience for his clients.
Giannis holds a Master’s degree in Open Sea Sailing from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Since 2017, he has been working as a professional skipper on charter boats, gaining experience with both catamarans and monohulls. His dedication to professionalism and client satisfaction drives him, with the greatest reward being clients' testimonials that highlight their unforgettable vacations. Giannis speaks Greek and English.
Chef - Alexandra Selimas
Alexandra was born in 1979 and grew up in Athens. From her schooldays, she had a passion mainly for two things: cooking and sailing. It is no surprise that throughout her life, she has been involved in both. She holds an offshore sailing license and participates in offshore sailing yacht races each year, operating as a professional skipper. Additionally, she has a professional Diploma (with Distinction) in Culinary Art from Le Monde Institute. Initially, she worked in restaurants, but in 2010, she decided to combine her talents by offering chef services on yachts. Alexandra has participated in various culinary seminars and has completed First Aid, Sea Survival, and Maritime Radio Operation courses at the RYA. She is a cheerful and communicative person who loves caring for people. Her hobbies include reading, tennis, and traveling. She speaks Greek, English, and a little Italian.
